Net 30 Days On Approved Accounts. Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month for a nonpayment after 30 days.
Public instutions, municipalities and qovernment purchases will be extended credit upon receipt of a written purchase order.
Other organizations desiring credit terms must complete a credit application to qualify. Credit approval usually takes 2-3 business days. Upon approval we will render on invoice for the amount due.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs are your responsibility unless other negotiated. Gym Floor Resource reserves the right to choose the method of transportation unless otherwise specified. UPS Ground is GFR's preferred method of shipment unless necessity dictates faster delivery. UPS Next day and Second Day Delivery is available at extra cost. All orders ship prepaid F.O.B. Elmhurst, IL or place of origin unless otherwise negotiated.

Returns:
Authorized Returns in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee! Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after shipment of order. Merchandise credits must be returned prepaid with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package.
